I hope you all had a chance to watch "What the Bleep Do We Know". It was bunko for me - but others loved it. I'd love to hear what you have to say about it in the film discussion in the forum. Anyway...keep watching if you haven't already - but for now - let's get ready to pick another one for June!

Sorry you didn't like What the Bleep Do We Know :P It's a bit (and by "bit", I mean a lot) cheesy in parts - but did it at least leave your head spinning with all the quantum physics stuff?
Last night I started watching 'Stranded: I've Come from a Plane That Crashed on the Mountains' - I'm an hour into it as I'm writing this - and so far, it's a fantastic documentary. I'm hooked. It's about the '72 plane crash in the Andes Mountains, if any of you have ever watched the film 'Alive' (which I love), then you'll know most of this doc's story. But it's a very powerful film so far. That's my suggestion for June!
Ok, so we're getting down to brass tax and June is almost over...I attended Silverdocs which really tied up a lot of my time this month - I'll be relating that experience and all the films that I saw to you soon. In the meantime I'd like to suggest that we watch "The Future of Food". It's available on SnagFilms so everyone can watch it with the greatest of ease and i think it's really pertinent considering the recently passed "swine fly" scare...the a-pork-alypse, the hamageddon. Industrialized farming is a huge issue and I think it's a really interesting film.
