Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get rights for a Madonna song? We have already approached Warner and Madonna. Warner yes... Madonna no.

I am doing the making of video for the feature mentioned below. Although this doesn't actually have allot to do with documentaries i thought it would be a good place to go. We were advised on recording a song in case Madonna wanted to hear it. It is a completely different version of "Who's That Girl". We took the pop 4/4 version and made into a French Jazz/ Waltz version in 3/4 time. We have live violin, guitar, drums with digital base, and accordion.
